Do clients pay a booking fee?
Never. Rervva charges you a subscription and a flat 2% on processed payments. Your clients pay you, not us.
Can I require a deposit on some services only?
Yes. Deposits are configured per service — a percentage, a fixed amount, or none at all.
Does it stop double bookings?
Yes. Slots are validated against staff hours, service duration, buffers and existing appointments at the moment of booking, not afterwards.
Can each staff member have different hours?
Yes. Hours, breaks, time off and buffers are set per provider, and availability shown to clients respects all of them.
Does it sync to my phone calendar?
Rervva is a web app that works on any phone and can be added to your home screen, and you can subscribe to a private calendar feed from Google, Apple or Outlook.
Can I move my existing clients over?
Yes. Import your client list from Booksy, Vagaro, Square or a CSV file. Clients are matched by phone and email so their visit history stays attached to the right person.
