How long does it take to get set up?
Most studios are live the same day. Add your services and hours, pick a booking page template, connect Stripe, and share your link — usually under 30 minutes.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. During setup you connect a Stripe Express account so deposits and shop payments land directly in your bank. It takes about three minutes and you never share your bank details with us.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The card on file is charged $19. If it fails, your studio locks until you update it — your data stays safe. Cancel anytime from Billing with no exit fee.
Can my clients book without an account?
Yes. Your booking site is public — clients pick a service, a time, and pay any required deposit. No login, no app download, no booking fee.
Can I move my existing clients over?
Import your client list and keep booking. Clients are auto-matched by phone and email so their history stays attached.
How customizable is the booking page really?
