How long does it take to get set up?
Most studios are live the same day. Pick your specialty, add services and hours, choose a booking page template, connect Stripe and share your link — usually under 30 minutes.
Does Rervva work for my specialty?
Rervva personalises itself for nails, hair, lashes, brows and skin — and for salons running several of those at once. Your service templates, client profile fields, consultation forms and rebooking reminders all follow your selection.
Can my clients book without an account?
Yes. Your booking page is public: clients pick a service, a provider, a time and pay any required deposit. No login, no app download, no booking fee.
What exactly do I pay?
Your subscription ($24.99 Pro or $49.99 Studio), a flat 2% Rervva fee on money processed through the platform, and Stripe's own processing rate on those payments. Cash and off-platform payments cost nothing.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. During setup you connect a Stripe Express account so deposits and shop payments land directly in your bank. It takes about three minutes and you never share bank details with us.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The card on file is charged for the plan you picked. If it fails, your studio locks until you update it — your data stays safe. Cancel anytime from Billing with no exit fee.
Can I move my existing clients over?
Import your client list from Booksy, Vagaro, Square or a CSV. Clients are auto-matched by phone and email so their history stays attached.
Do I own my client data?
Completely. Export clients, appointments and orders to CSV at any time. If you leave, you take everything with you.
