Text message consent
Studios that use Rervva can text their own booked clients about appointments. This page shows exactly how a client agrees to those texts, what the texts look like, and how to stop them.
How a client opts in
Every studio has its own booking page on Rervva. When a client books, they see two separate checkboxes, both empty by default. Nothing is pre-ticked, and a client can book without ticking either one.
Appointment texts checkbox: “Text me appointment confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”
Optional offers checkbox: “Also text me occasional offers and openings. Optional — message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.”
A client may also opt in by texting the studio’s number first. Consent is never bought, shared, rented or transferred between studios, and one studio’s clients are never texted by another.
What the texts look like
Appointment confirmations, reminders and replies. For example:
“Bella Nails: You’re booked for Sept 15 at 2:00 PM. Manage your appointment: rervva.com/b/abc123 Reply STOP to opt out.”
“Bella Nails: Reminder — your appointment is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. Reply C to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Message frequency varies with how often a client books. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop immediately, and START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email support@rervva.com. Opting out of texts never cancels an appointment and never blocks a client from booking again.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are used only to message that client about their own appointments with that studio. No mobile information is sold, shared or otherwise passed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
